About Dr. David E. Westerman
A native of South Africa, Dr. David E. Westerman received his medical degree at the prestigious University of Cape Town Medical School. Upon graduation, he pursued both a medicine and surgery internship at Groote Schuur Hospital, where he later completed
his internal medicine residency. He completed his fellowship at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Westerman brings years of experience to North Atlanta Pulmonary & Sleep Specialists, and is board certified in Sleep
Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, and Internal Medicine. He is the Founder and Medical Director of the Center for Sleep Disorders.
